Family Night Hosts Job Description Leader: Tywllah Schauer FELLOWSHIP – Family Night Hosts
JOB DESCRIPTION
Hosts provide meat or poultry of some kind as “Dish to share” and purchase bread. Additional responsibilities are:
1. Set tables (done day before or day of) with:
a. Placemats
b. Napkins
c. Table service
d. Coffee cups
e. Cream and sugar (marked cabinet and drawer)
f. Salt and pepper shakers (marked cabinet and drawer)
g. “2 cent a meal” cans (located in cabinet with coffee and napkins)
h. Table #s (marked drawer in kitchen island)
2. Make coffee and tea.
3. Provide pitcher of ice water and glasses available on “pass thru”
4. Place hot pads and serving utensils on kitchen island
5. Cut desserts and place on small plates on “pass thru” or large serving table.
6. Set out bread in baskets along with butter pats on tables or next to food on buffet. Butter pats are in the freezer.
7. Please leave kitchen clean and take towels home to wash. If using dishwasher, empty by the next day.
