Memorial Hall Job Description

MEMORIAL HALL COMMITTEE
JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Keep schedule of Memorial Hall activities so supplies can be purchased.
2. Purchase kitchen supplies such as:
a. Foam cups and juice cups
b. Paper plates
c. Placemats and napkins
d. Paper towels and foil
e. Plastic spoons, forks, knives
f. Coffee, filters, juice
g. Cream, sugar, butter pats
h. Plastic storage bags, plastic wrap, etc.
3. Give expenditures to church treasurer monthly for reimbursement
(include an itemized bill and a receipt)
4. Responsible for the placement of all supplies in the kitchen and for the storing of inventory in Memorial Hall storeroom. Make sure it is kept in order.
5. Attend all Stated and Called Session Meetings.
6. Submit a monthly report and a end of the year report in January. 

Several community groups meet at no expense in Memorial Hall but contributions are accepted:
1. ALANON
2. Bull Shoals Historical Society meets monthly on the third Monday
3. Bull Shoals Friends of the Library meets monthly on the fourth Friday

A contract is necessary and this may be obtained from the secretary and is on file in the cabinet in the storage room by the nursery.

Supplies can be purchased locally

Memorial Hall Committee consists of three people. The chairperson selects members from the congregation.
1. Duties of Committee include:
a. Responsible for “After Church Coffee”, etc.
b. Table decorations change seasonally.
c. Upkeep and general assistance to Memorial Hall Chairperson
